2. Are your teas organic?

Not all of our teas carry formal organic certifications like USDA, EU, JAS, or China Organic. And for those that don’t, we source only from clean, ecologically managed farms, often located far from industrial zones, in remote mountain regions with naturally protected ecosystems.

We believe that purity, transparency, and environmental integrity matter just as much as formal labels.

3. Do your teas contain caffeine?

5. Are your teas safe during pregnancy?

Some herbal blends may be suitable, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before drinking tea while pregnant or breastfeeding — especially for caffeine-sensitive individuals.

6. How should I brew HermTEA for the best experience?

Each tea includes specific brewing instructions on the label. As a general guide:

• Use freshly boiled water

• Steep for 3–5 minutes

• Adjust to your personal taste

We encourage you to treat tea time as a mindful ritual, not just a routine.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Chengdu, China — including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia, and more. You’ll find shipping options and fees at checkout or on our Shipping Policy page.

8. How long will my order take to arrive?

• East Asia: 5–9 business days

• US & Europe: 6–12 business days

• Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days

• Latin America & others: 12–25 business days

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our hands.

9. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened items. But if something went wrong — wrong item, damaged delivery, or other issues — reach out within 15 days. We’ll make it right.

10. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@hermtea.com with your order number and a photo. We'll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

11. Do you offer gift cards?
